Last week, we talked about new partner motions, and this week, we're sharing some pretty significant pricing updates and changes for CSP, Copilot and software partners. We're sharing a subset of what our clients see in real-time, DM if you want the deep dive. **Bonus:** Partner1's [Microsoft Marketplace Assessment](https://assessments.partner1.io/msft-mkpl) helps you benchmark your current marketplace motion against Microsoft's FY27 framework in seconds! --- **NOW (impacts your business plans and margins if you have a Certified Software Designation or are a CSP)** - The October CSP price list was updated with pricing corrected as of October 8. If your team built quotes based on the initial October list, those numbers may be incorrect and could impact your margins. - If you have you have your Certified Sofware Designation, you definitely want to check out the caps that are now in place. Your business planning around using these incredible incentives needs to be dramatically revised, especially if you are an unmanaged partner. - Through June 30: CSPs, Microsoft pays $50 for each new monthly active Copilot Cowork user (but the catch is they need to keep using Copilot Cowork for a period of time). **November 2:** Details were published for Azure CSP promos that go live on November 2. The good news is that promotions don't decrease your partner earned credit and they stack on your existing CSP incentives. So revisit those stalled SQL Server conversations, for example. **December 1:** Customers can buy Copilot without qualifying M365 base subscriptions. Recall that this is also the date when usage-based billing turns on by default for new Copilot Business licenses. --- **The bigger picture** **Serious program changes for partners that were relying on incentives for Certified Software Designations and certain other programs.** It's a good time to revisit your business plans if you're an impacted Microsoft partner before you get an unpleasant surprise when trying to get paid for incentives that no longer exist or have caps.
